One of the most common you may not be seeing anything on your monitors is the Y-see two may not be getting enough power. To ensure that the Y-see two has enough power, please verify that the keyboard power tap has been plugged into the computer with one of the following methods:

• The keyboard power tap has been plugged into the PS/2 keyboard port on your computer.
• The keyboard power tap has been plugged into a free USB port on your computer using the included PS/2 to USB adapter.
