What do I do if nothing displays on either monitor?

Checking the Y-see two Dual Monitor Adapter:
One of the most common you may not be seeing anything on your monitors is the Y-see two may not be getting enough power. To ensure that the Y-see two has enough power, please verify that the keyboard power tap has been plugged into the computer with one of the following methods:
- The keyboard power tap has been plugged into the PS/2 keyboard port on your computer.
- The keyboard power tap has been plugged into a free USB port on your computer using the included PS/2 to USB adapter.
Checking the Monitors:
Check that both of your monitors are turned on. If both are turned on and you still do not see anything displayed please try plugging each monitor directly into the computer to ensure that both monitors are working.
Checking the Computer:
Please double check that the attached computer is turned on and that no errors occurred during the boot sequence.
